The more you master the triggers, the more you enjoy your Evolution.

The more you master the triggers, the more you enjoy your Evolution.

Let’s talk about the triggers, paradoxically, as a great opportunity to feel and asses your progression during the journey of your life.

” Les petites Madeleines”  described by Marcel Proust, already in 1922 in his amazing work of art  “La Recherche du temps perdu” are an amazing example of how to process and master a trigger, in this case a positive one.

In his novel Proust describes how the fragrance of these delicious pastry unexpectedly triggered a pleasant, amazing feeling of joy deep inside himself.

His senses were the first to have been shaken by that fragrance, the joy was felt by his body and his mind was not able to locate the memory and understand the reason of that amazing joy. It was a “violent ” joy.

He made many attempts trying to use the power of his conscious mind but it was very hard for him to find the link.

Only later, when he managed to totally Silence the Mind, allowing his deep senses to direct his spirit, he was able to remember.

And he remembered his aunt Leonia who used to offer him the same pastry with some herb tea, in a peaceful and warm atmosphere.

THEY ARE TESTS, TRIGGERS HAVE THE PURPOSE TO TEST YOU, THEY ARE PRECIOUS INDICATORS, TOOLS TO BE USED TO CHECK BY YOURSELF THE “ECHO” OF PAST EVENTS WITHIN YOURSELF.

And the way to master them is “to allow”  the body to feel and accept”  whatever feeling may arise. You need to let your body to direct you to link the feeling with the real past experience, by yourself. This is the way they are processed and mastered and this gives you joy, cause it’s you who is reading actively deep within yourself, sometimes even predicting the sensations once you spot one of them at the very beginning.

Feeling them deep first and contextualize them afterwards lead to an increased advocacy in your journey allowing you to even enjoy the predictability of your emotional reactions during the path to your core “Self”.
